How to become a Sponsor

To potential exhibitors at ISPCS 2008 – International IEEE Symposium of Precision Clock Synchronization for Measurement, Control and Communication, Ann Arbor, September 22nd-26th, 2008.

The aim of the ISPCS workshop is to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners from industry, academia, and government involved in the area of precision clock synchronization using IEEE 1588 or similar techniques and protocols. In addition to the technical program and plug-fest, there will be an opportunity for organizations to exhibit products either incorporating IEEE 1588 or useful for systems using IEEE 1588.

In keeping with the informal atmosphere of past conferences, the exhibits should be confined to a single table-top (provided by the conference) with an easel, posters and handouts. The booth will be available throughout the whole conference. Fancy booths are neither expected nor permitted to encourage informal conversation and interchange.

The sponsors exhibit event will be held on Wednesday afternoon, September 24th, 2008 in conjunction with an industry reception open to all conference participants and their spouses. Sponsors will be recognized in the conference program as sponsors of the event. As such there will be a minimum sponsor contribution of 2000 USD per company. Companies may make a larger donation if they wish. The donations will be used to compensate for the drinks and food services provided at the industry reception. The scale of the reception will depend on the total sponsor contributions.

The information about sponsoring is summarized in the call for industrial sponsoring which can download as PDF.
