Submission of Papers
Extended Abstract Review
Authors should submit a four-page extended abstract describing the paper's contents for review.
The working language of the symposium is English.

Abstract submissions are only accepted via the electronic submission system.
Work in Progress Review
Papers submitted as Work in Progress (WiP) will be reviewed and presented in a poster session.
Poster dimension is: 70 cm (w) x 100 cm (h).
Paper Acceptance
Each accepted paper must be presented at the
conference by one of the authors. The final manuscript must be accompanied by the registration
form, by a proof of the registration fee payment and a copyright form. All conference attendees, including
authors and session chairpersons, must pay the conference registration fee and their own travel
expenses.
An extended version of accepted papers can be sent to the IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (TIM)
using regular tracks. Instructions can be found on the journal
web page.

- Deadline for submission of four-page extended abstracts for papers: May 11th, 2009 extended until June 1st, 2009
- Deadline for submission of WIP poster abstracts: June 22nd, 2009
- Notification of acceptance: June 22nd, 2009
- Deadline for submission of final manuscripts: August 17th, 2009
