Hotels Nearby the Conference
We have blocked rooms at the Sheraton in Portsmouth, NH from September 26 - 30, 2010. This is where the symposium will be located, and is a short drive from the plugfest. All rooms are first come first serve.
Room booking is available by email or fax. Credit card is required for booking confirmation. Room fee is due at the check out.
It is highly recommended that you book in advance. Fall is one of the busiest tourist seasons in New England.
Room Block Dates: September 26 through October 1
If you would like to book rooms outside of the room block dates, or extend your stay, please contact Carlos Quinones after initially booking your rooms within the block dates. The Sheraton will extend the conference room rates to all the nights of your stay.
