Poster Presentation

Information for Authors

If you agree to present your paper in poster form, please follow the steps below:

• Authors must register for the conference and send an email to [email closed after conference] containing
  • the wish to present your paper,
  • your paper-id,
  • the title of the paper,
  • and the presenter of the poster.
• Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait format (1189x841 mm (h x w)).
• Please prepare a 4 minute introduction (using PowerPoint slides) to the topic of your paper/poster. You can download the recommended PowerPoint template to prepare your presentation.
• At the conference you are requested to place your poster in the poster area in the ground floor. Posters are planned to remain there until the end of the conference to allow attendees to take a look during the Industry Night, lunches, and coffee breaks.
• Authors are requested to answer questions to their posters after a 4 minute oral presentation. The poster presentation should be a teaser to introduce your poster.
