Request for Promotional Partners

ISPCS invites all organizations interested in precise clock synchronization and IEEE 1588 to support ISPCS as a promotional partner.

What's new in ISPCS 2015?

1. ISPCS 2015 will be held in China, the biggest IEEE 1588 market in the world.
2. Global and Chinese end users in both power and telecom will be invited to attend ISPCS 2015.
3. A special Industry Day will provide sponsorship partners an optional opportunity to deliver a technical presentation with their IEEE1588 technologies and products to end users.

Sponsorship Levels

Although we have increased the benefits for all promotional partners, ISPCS has managed to maintain the same price levels as previously for sponsorship partners. There are four levels of partnership to consider:

Notice

Platinum, gold and silver partners may exhibit products either incorporating clock synchronization techniques such as IEEE 1588 or useful in manufacturing or operating clock synchronization components and systems using IEEE 1588. In keeping with the informal atmosphere of past symposia, each platinum, gold, and silver partner's exhibit should be confined to a single ISPCS-provided 6 x 2.5 foot table top. The partner may in addition provide an easel or a simple backdrop on which to display posters and similar material. Backdrops and easels must be contained within a width not exceeding 3 meters. Partner-provided table skirts are permitted. However, display cases, special furniture, backdrops with shelves, backdrop-mounted video screens, etc. are not permitted in keeping with the informal nature of this symposium. If you have specific questions as to whether a display item is acceptable please contact the ISPCS committee. Power will be limited to a single extension cord from a wall socket unless other arrangements are made with the committee beforehand. The partner's table-top exhibit must be set up for viewing during Industry Day and the Symposium to allow participants to view and discuss the exhibits with the partners.

Partners must notify the committee of their intention and the nature of the gift and brochure no later than August 10 so that we can avoid duplication with ISPCS-provided gifts.
